This is a great time for us to discuss the issues prioritized in our Living Wages and Quality Education survey. Top concerns include housing and cost of living issues for students, staff, and faculty, implications of the settlement that ended the recent student worker strike, and how the campus deals with them. The survey also revealed concerns with UCSB’s ongoing implementation of austerity logics and work speed up and burnout.
